Case 01
Premolar Build-Up, No Post
Attached x-rays of placing a “Build-up” in a premolar. I try to minimize the use of posts as to not crack teeth. Before and after.

Case 02
Premolar Restoration
Placement of a Build-Up restoration showing clean margins and countersinking the restoration in the canal orifices.

Case 03
Direct Pulp Cap
Direct Pulp Cap on a 9 year old female. Patient referred for RCT, but we opted to do a direct pulp cap to allow the tooth more time to develop and hopefully reduce the risk of the tooth fracturing as her muscles of mastication develop.

Case 04
Healing
Exceptional bone healing of a “Through and Through Lesion”, with restoration of the buccal and palatal cortical plates. Follow-up PA shows a lucency distal to the apex of #7; but this is only 6 months post op.

Case 05
Decompression
Shows the reduction of a periapical lesion that involved 3 teeth preoperatively. The goal was to reduce the lesion size as to not involve the adjacent teeth when the surgical procedure was performed, and minimize the need for root canal treatment on the adjacent teeth.

Case 06
Root Amputation Healing
Mesial buccal root amputation. The goal here was to try and save the tooth by removing the cracked root, which would typically result in the patient losing the entire tooth.
